Celestial Pearl Danio
he Celestial Pearl Danio is scientifically known as Danio margaritatus.
This tiny freshwater fish looks like it was sprinkled with stardust. Its deep navy-blue body is covered in pearly white spots, resembling a star-filled night sky. The fins are bright orange to red with black striping, especially vivid in males. Adults typically grow to only 1 inch (2.5 cm), making them perfect for nano aquariums.
They were discovered in Myanmar in 2006 and quickly became one of the most sought-after nano fish in the aquarium hobby.
