Live Animal Policy
Live fish and plants are living organisms and require proper care.
By purchasing live animals from us, you agree that you understand proper tank cycling and water parameters and that you are responsible for providing appropriate habitat conditions. We are not liable for loss due to improper acclimation or tank conditions.

Dry goods and equipment may be eligible for return if unused, in original packaging, and returned within the stated return window.

Aquascaping and Service Appointments
For installation, maintenance, or custom aquascaping services, a deposit may be required. Cancellations may be subject to a fee. Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the service location.
Aquatic Scapes is not responsible for pre-existing tank damage, equipment failures not supplied by us, or loss caused by improper maintenance outside our service visits.
